Unavoidable Marketing was founded in Leeds by Andrew Heppinstall with a simple mission: help UK tradespeople win more work through better marketing. Over the years, we've worked with hundreds of plumbers, electricians, roofers, builders, and other trades across the UK.
The same problem came up again and again. A homeowner submits an enquiry to three tradespeople. The first one to respond wins the job — not the cheapest, not the most experienced, just the fastest. Most tradespeople are on the tools all day. They can't respond to leads in minutes. They lose jobs they should have won.
We looked at the CRM market and found nothing built specifically for trades. Generic CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce are powerful but overwhelming. Simpler tools lack the automation tradespeople actually need — SMS follow-ups, Google review requests, AI calling.
So we built Unavoidable Marketing CRM. A platform designed around the reality of running a trade business: you're busy, you're on site, and you need your CRM to work for you — not the other way around.

We add AI calling via Bland.ai, WhatsApp campaigns, and the Agency plan — enabling marketing agencies to resell the CRM under their own brand.
Over 500 UK trade businesses now use Unavoidable Marketing CRM to manage their pipeline, automate follow-ups, and build their Google reputation.
